Run a double RCA line from the back of your T.V. from your audio out, keeping in mind to run red for right and black, white, or gray for left. Hook your two RCA lines to the AUX or if it's equipped on your receiver VIDEO IN.

Next, look on the back of your T.V. to see if there is a switch to go from internal or, (INT) speakers to external or, (EXT) speakers, if so switch to (EXT).
If your set does not have a switch, look on your remote for your menu and go to the audio section. Go down the menu to speakers ON/OFF section and turn your internal speakers OFF. It may show Variable or Fixed. Place it in the variable mode and turn your receiver to about 1/2 volume, then use your remote of the T.V. to adjust the volume. If at 3/4th volume on your T.V. is not loud enough, increase the volume of the receiver to desired sound level.  That's all there is to it!

HELPFUL HINTS SECTION

1) When using you Pro-Logic Receiver on AM or FM you will NOT hear your rear speakers.
2) Try your CD player when connected to your Pro-Logic Receiver on the Pro-Logic mode. All of your speakers will work and it will give you great separation.
3) You MUST have a Stereo or Hi-Fi VCR connected to your system for your rear speakers to work in the Pro-Logic mode.
4) A VCR is one of the  most fragile electronic product you will ever own. Spend the extra few dollars to get a Hi-Fi VCR with a higher db rating. Remember what your Mother told you??? YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!
5) What goes for the VCR also goes for the DVD. DON'T get suckered into buying a new Big Screen and getting a piece of trash DVD for FREE!
